The most common definition of LOC seems to count any line that is not a blank or comment line, regardless of the number of statements per line.

Number of applications reused by more than one business, this shows how much effort are going in creating reusable assets.

Total spend on non-compliant projects as a percentage of total project spending. Non Compliant Projects are those projects which fail to meet the Architecture standards and policies. Architecture standards and policies like Data policies / standards, Information system policies.

Number of development and deployment environments.

Though this metric alone does not give insight into the group objectives. It should be used with other metrics like number of solutions deployed or number of solutions developed over the time.

Number of annual design consulting engagements. Valid for consulting organizations.

Annual savings from errors avoided in design reviews. Should be valued by taking into accounts, the issues identified in reviews and attaching cost parameter to it.

Percentage of projects conducting architecture reviews.

Percentage of projects with assigned architects = number of projects with assigned Architectures [Data, Technology, Information and Systems] to the Total number of Projects.

% of IT investment in Shared Data  = IT investment in Shared data / Total IT investment.

Shared data investment is done to leverage the enterprise on shared product, shared customers. and to remove redundant and chaotic information
